Beacon Hill Townhouse

A 19th-century townhouse restored with deep respect for its bones — original details preserved, modern comfort woven in invisibly.

The brief was to restore, not renovate. We worked closely with preservation specialists to repair original plasterwork, restore period millwork, and source period-appropriate hardware. Modern systems — heating, lighting, AV — were integrated without a trace.
